Water Damage in Rockville Apartment Complex

The sprinkler pipe burst in a Rockville apartment complex, causing a leakage resulting in the formations of large puddles on the carpeting of the hallways as well as inside individual apartments. The walls also experienced water damage.  

Typically, a sprinkler pipe will burst when the sprinkler is not properly winterized, so we typically see this occur during the colder months.
